Contact [email protected] with your device model, operating system, app version, language and the activity where you noticed a problem. Please remove children’s names and other personal information from screenshots.
Profiles and learning
Choose a child’s age group and language in their profile. The parent area contains learning preferences and progress reports. Turkish and English offer their own activities; content may differ by age and language.
Keep your progress
Progress is stored locally. Before reinstalling or changing devices, use the parent area’s backup tools and keep the exported file safe. Clearing all data does not remove previously exported files. We cannot recover local progress from a server.
Sound and purchases
Check device volume and the app’s sound settings if an activity is silent. Some narration uses device speech. Real store purchasing is not configured in the current development version; it does not take payment. Contact us if you need help understanding the parent area.
Privacy requests
A parent or guardian can use the app’s local deletion controls or contact us about support correspondence. See the Privacy Policy for the information stored on the device and how exported backups are handled.
